The cache looks like it could be a syringe, so I got it out with a stick just in case. Good little cache, watch out for muggles though! The car traffic probably isn't such an issue because of where the cache actually is, but watch for foot traffic.
Don't even need to put a spoiler on this one, very easy to find.
